【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

急成長中の同社で、社内IT基盤の整備と運用、情報セキュリティ体制の構築をリードしていただきます。

社員数500名規模に拡大する過程で必要なIT環境の構想から実装・運用、改善まで幅広くお任せいたします。

ジンジャーシステムを既に導入運用しているお客様に対してより長期でご活用いただけるような支援を行います。

<具体的な業務内容>

■社内SaaSツールの選定・管理・運用整備

・Googleworkspace・Microsoft・Slack・box・HENNGEOne・zoom・SentinelOne・jamfpro

■社内ネットワーク管理

・脆弱性対応・アップデート対応・各種セキュリティ設定

■セキュリティ対策

・ゼロトラスト環境の構築

・MDM導入・運用構築

・認証基盤の移行

■入退社対応

・アカウント発行・IT資産の準備・入社用マニュアルの準備・初期不具合の対応等

・アカウントの停止/削除・デバイスの回収/初期化等

■ヘルプデスク対応

・ハードウェアの不具合対応・ネットワ(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【応募資格(必須)】

・従業員100名以上の企業で情報システム業務を2年以上経験されている方

・MDMの利用経験

・ITを活用した社内横断の業務改善等の経験

・各メンバーと連携して案件を推進していくことができるコミュニケーション能力

【応募資格(歓迎)】

・SaaS企業の情報システム機能での勤務経験

・従業員400名以上の企業で情報システム業務経験

・IT系資格保有

・ISMS対応の経験

・ベンダーコントロール/渉外対応

・英語などの語学力(ビジネスレベル)

・MDM(jamfpro・intune)の利用経験
