・ビジネス戦略・組織戦略に基づき定められたC&B領域に関する実務を遂行する。

・日本国内の人事関連オペレーションサービス(
【給与 / salary】
計算、社会保険、福利厚生、人事異動、規程管理等)の実務を遂行する。

・人事担当窓口として社内外からの問い合わせや依頼に適切に対応し、対外的信用と社員満足度の向上に努める。

・グローバルモビリティ部門と連携して、海外出向者の
【給与 / salary】
計算、出向開始時や終了時の必要な手続きなど、グローバルモビリティオペレーションに関わる実務と日々のサポート/サービスを行う。

・異動、労務、退職/再雇用、休職/復職、採用等のプロセスにおいて、Workdayを含む人事システムへの登録を遂行し、データ処理・プロセス改善・部門連携を通じて人事オペレーションの精度と効率を高める。

・C&B, HRオペレーションチームに関連する様々なプロジェクトや業務を担当する。

・HR CoEの担当・補佐業務を通じて、HR全体の円滑な業務遂行と部門間の連携強化を支援する。

・以下①、②いずれかの経験をお持ちで、 何かしらの社内PJを推進した経験がある方

①500~1000名規模の

計算を、社内で完結するレベルの

計算実務経験(3年以上)

②同等規模の人事オペレーション(
【給与 / salary】
・社会保険・福利厚生)業務を主体的に担当した経験

・労働関連法規の基本的な知識

・Excel、Word、PowerPointなどのビジネスツールを用いたデータ処理スキル

・正確性とスピードの両立を意識したオペレーション遂行能力
