【仕事内容】

カウンター業務中心のお仕事です。

キャストさんのシフト管理、教育、運営全般です。

オープン前は、準備、セッティング、清掃中心、

営業中は、ご案内、オーダー、配膳、接客等、

閉店作業は、片づけ、清掃のみ、

お仕事が出来るようになれば、

お給与もしっかり上がっていきます。

キャストさんは20代中心で、

社会人の方も多いので、しっかりしています。

サポートに困るような方もいないので、

教育、管理といってもそんなに難しいことは

全然ありません。

彼女たちと一緒に楽しむ感じで大丈夫です。

1年ごとの見直しではなく、ドンドン
