屯田店では、アシスタント業務から現場に慣れていただき、

段階的にスタイリストを目指すことが可能です。

営業中に練習できる環境もあり、

無理のないペースで復帰できます。

  • 仕事内容

美容師アシスタント業務全般

・シャンプー、カラー、パーマ補助

・受付、会計

・清掃、準備

・スタイリスト補助業務

※技術レベルに応じて段階的に業務をお任せします

求めている人材


・美容師免許または理容師免許をお持ちの方

・美容師アシスタント、またはスタイリスト経験のある方(ブランクOK)

・高卒以上

当サロンは指名制を採用していません。

そのため、お客様を持っていない方や、久しぶりの現場復帰の方でも、

無理なく仕事をスタートできる環境です。

<スタッフインタビュー>

出産をきっかけに一度美容師を離れ、

別の仕事をしていた時期がありました。

「もう一度やりたい」と思いながらも、技術が通用するのか、

お客様を持っていない状態で戻れるのか、

不安があってなかなか一歩を踏み出せませんでした。

ASH HAIRは指名制がないため、

復帰してすぐにフリーのお客様を担当させてもらえたことが

大きな安心材料でした。最初は受付や準備、シャンプーなど、

できるところから少しずつ現場の感覚を取り戻し、

先輩スタッフにサポートしてもらいながら入客の幅を広げていきました。

お客様との会話や施術の時間が毎日の楽しみになり、

「やっぱり美容師の仕事が好きだったんだ」と実感しています。

ブランクがあるからといって、あきらめる必要はありませんでした。

定休日:毎週火曜、第1・第3水曜日

夏季休暇・年末年始休暇(各5日間)

月間休日数:8日~10日/月(年間休日105日)

また、お盆とお正月にそれぞれ5日間の長期休暇アリ

給与詳細


基本給:月給 22万円 〜 32万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

・技術チェック後に年1回昇給(4月)

・賞与(8月)

・店販売上

・交通費全額支給

通勤定期代を全額支給いたします。

車通勤の場合はガソリン代を支給
