日本市場は現在、急成長を遂げています。この成長をさらに加速させ、事業拡大を牽引する、マーケティング・エグゼクティブを募集します。日本チームのキーメンバーとして、認知度向上から顧客獲得、さらにはドライバー獲得まで、マーケティングの全プロセスに関わっていただきます。
お任せしたいこと
- キャンペーンの企画・実行:ユーザーおよびドライバー向け各種マーケティングキャンペーンの立案、実施。
- 新規獲得&リテンション:ユーザーおよびドライバーの新規獲得を目的としたマーケティングキャンペーンおよびロイヤリティ向上のためのリテンションキャンペーンの実行。
- キャンペーン運営の全プロセス管理:テスト実施、クリエイティブ制作、運用、結果分析、レポート作成までの一連のワークフロー管理。
- マルチチャネル配信:アプリ内通知、ポップアップ、メール、SNSを活用したコミュニケーションの最適化。
- 分析と最適化:顧客セグメンテーションの構築、KPIの追跡、および競合他社の動向調査。
- チーム間連携:各部門と協力し、一貫性のあるマーケティング戦略の推進。
必須スキル・経験
- 実務経験:デジタルおよびオフライン両方のマーケティングにおける、3年以上の実務経験。
- 語学力:日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力(ビジネスレベル以上、読み書き・会話)。
- 分析スキル:Google Analytics等の解析ツールやHubSpot等のCRM/CMSツールの活用経験。
- 学歴: 大学卒(マーケティング、ビジネス、または関連分野)。

- スタートアップ、または物流・プラットフォーム型ビジネスでのマーケティング経験。
- 制作進行管理やクリエイティブ制作(コピーライティング等)の実務経験。
- 多国籍・多文化な環境での業務経験。
