About the Role
We are seeking a
Filipino Community Marketing Executive
to join our team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will support marketing and customer engagement activities for the Filipino corridor, helping promote our remittance services and strengthen connections within the Filipino community in Japan..
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Assist Filipino customers via phone, social media, and in person
- Explain how to use our services, including the app, branch services, and promotions
- Communicate clearly in Filipino/Tagalog to build strong customer relationships
Marketing and Community Engagement
- Create engaging social media content (Facebook posts, Tik-Tok, reels)
- Manage and support daily activities on our Facebook page and other platforms
- Create short-form video content for TikTok and Facebook Reels
- Appear on camera to promote services and campaigns
- Suggest creative ideas for marketing campaigns and assist in execution
Qualifications
- Fluent in Filipino/Tagalog
- Conversational level of Japanese or English
- Familiarity with Facebook, TikTok, and basic content creation tools
- Comfortable appearing on camera and promoting services in videos
- Interest in marketing, social media, and community engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Copensations & Benefits
- Salary: As per company policy
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Paid Leave: Yes (as per company policy)
- Bonus: Yes (as per company policy)
