What you'll Be DoingDesign analog and digital circuits for an industrial machine
Take the product from concept to a fully scalable commercial product
Create schematics and PCBs (prototype through small-scale production)
Collaborate on designing and building test jigs
Direct MCU programming tasks
Prepare technical documentation
Select components with attention to cost, availability, and manufacturability
Work closely with a playful, research-focused team
Try your hand at a number of other tasks inherent in being a startup
Work directly with the CTO and CEO to bring the product vision to life
Your Experience
5+ years of professional experience in electronics
Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design
Comfortable using lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power supplies)
Ability to debug hardware issues independently
Experience with DFM/DFT practices
Communication
Fluent in English required
Keep diligent notes and share ideas quickly and efficiently
Bonus Points if:
Experience with power electronics (SMPS, motor drivers, high-current or high-voltage systems)
Experience with manufacturing or industrial equipment
Japanese communication skills
Familiarity with EMC/ESD considerations

500,000円+ per month depending on experience
Monthly commuting allowance
Usually Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:30 workday (flex time possible)
125+ days off per year
