【募集背景】

2007年に川崎本院を開業。その後2011年に名古屋病院、2018年に東京病院、そして2023年に大阪病院と事業を拡大してきました。今後は2027年春に名古屋病院リニューアル、2027年末に福岡病院新設も計画しており、更なる事業拡大・成長に向け、組織力を強化するため人事職の増員を行います。AIを実装した次世代型電子カルテシステムの稼働を控え、チーム診療のさらなる高度化をともに推進してくださるメンバーを募集しています。

【業務詳細】

採用チームマネジメント業務(獣医師、愛玩動物看護師、管理系人材の中途採用)

主には、

・採用企画(母集団形成、求人票作成、採用ピッチ資料や採用サイト記事の企画)

・人材紹介会社との窓口業務、書類選考

・就職説明会への参加、面接など

採用全般を担当いただきます。動物医療業界の経験が無くても問題ございません。

勤務時間・曜日:

・就業時間/8:30~17:30

・休憩時間/60分

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(シフト制)

※年間無休で診療を行っているため、社員はシフト制(完全週休2日制)で勤務します。

・季節休暇春夏休暇 年間8日(春夏4日、秋冬4日)

・年間休日112日

・年次有給休暇

・産前産後休暇、育児休暇(実績あり)

・介護休暇

川崎市高津区久地2-5-8

アクセス:

東急田園都市線 二子新地駅から徒歩18分

※ご都合の良い駅から勤務地まで自転車通勤可能(駐輪場代の補助として通勤補助手当(月額1万円)を支給)

※マイカー通勤可能(マイカー通勤者には規定に従いガソリン代を支給しますので、通勤補助手当は支給対象外となります。)

給与:

※給与については経験・能力・スキル、前職でのご実績等を考慮のうえ、当社規定により決定します。

【手当】

・通勤手当(上限10万円/月) ※マイカー通勤も可能です。

・通勤補助手当(マイカー通勤者以外の場合に1万円/月)

・住宅手当(上限2万円/月)
