Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 1974年創業の木造建築技術のパイオニア企業で、「都市に森をつくる」をテーマに革新的な木造建築に挑戦し続けています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 木材で特殊な形状を具体化する設計~加工業務です。曲線や複雑な組み方など、今までなかった木造案件をプロデュースするやりがいのあるお仕事です。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. AutoCADでの建築業界経験があれば大歓迎まずは加工図・施工図作成からスタートし、段階的にスキルアップできます。

Q. どんな方が活躍していますか?

A. 30~40代のメンバーが中心となって活躍中。1級建築士資格をお持ちの方には月額50,000円の資格手当も支給されます

A. 完全週休2日制(土日祝)、年間休日127日、残業月平均30時間と働きやすい環境です。リモートワークも相談可能です。
