仕事内容:

転職を考えている方のお仕事探しや、

企業との選考をサポートするお仕事です

<具体的な業務について>

①キャリア面談(1日3~5件程度)

┗希望するお仕事や条件、これからのビジョンなどのヒアリング

②応募書類の添削・作成代行

┗履歴書や職務経歴書の添削や、代理作成

③企業との各種調整

┗選考日程の調整や応募対応など

④面接前後のサポート

┗模擬面接や選考ポイントの共有、面接後のフォローなどを行います

⑤内定後サポート

┗入社日や研修日程調整等、企業と連携して進めます

希望する条件の企業や求人探しをサポートしていただきます☆

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00〜19:00(休憩1時間)

  • 固定時間制

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥68,900〜¥114,700(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【月収例】

月収48万円(入社1年目/月給30万円+インセンティブ18万円)

※担当した求職者の入社が決まった際に、紹介手数料の一部をインセンティブで還元

約450万円〜700万円
