【仕事内容】

ご経験・スキルを鑑み、以下の業務において、<運営・管理業務>または<物流業務>いずれかをご担当いただきます。

【共通】

※各テストセンターへ現地訪問(出張)の可能性あり

・S-CBTの運営業務 ・テストセンターからの問い合わせ対応

・申込受付関連業務 ・運営品質管理業務

<運営・管理業務>

・テストセンター運営・管理・企画業務

・各テストセンターの品質管理

・本部アルバイトの採用・管理

<物流業務>

・各テストセンターへの配送・集荷手配

・テストセンター資材、機材管理

・各機材の調達・キッティング(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【求めるスキル・経験(Must)】

以下全てのご経験をお持ちの方

・Excel(vlookup,if関数等)を用いたデータ管理ができる方

・業務の進捗・課題をタイムリーに報連相できる方

・新しい業務を率先して習得し、ルールを順守しながら、着実なオペレーションを遂行できること

・様々なステークホルダーとの折衝、調整の経験があること

・プロジェクトや施策遂行にあたり、チームで協力し業務を遂行したご経験があること

・業務改善のご経験があること

【求めるスキル・経験(Want)】

・相手の立場を理解しながら、円滑なコミュニケーションを図れる方

・業務プロセスやサービス運用に関わったオペレーションまたは管理業務のご経験をお持ちの方

・プロジェクトマネージャー経験

・困難な状況で前向きかつ臨機応変に、個人やチームで対応されたご経験

・自己成長にとどまらず、チーム全体の成長を志向できる方

・予実管理のご経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
