【仕事内容】

既存顧客への提案・ フォローをお任せします。

【業務詳細】

  • 見積書の作成
  • 受発注の対応 など

自分の担当するお客様先を定期的に訪問し、 建物の建設予定やニーズなどをヒアリングします。

業務内容ご依頼があれば見積もりを出し、 具体的な仕様を決めていきましょう。

【 入社後の流れ]

  • 基礎研修

入社から3~6ヶ月間は、扱う製品についての知識を身につけるとともに、電話対応の仕方や見積書のつくり方などを学びます。

内勤事務をしながら仕事内容を覚えていきます。(見積書作成・ 受発注業務など)

  • 先輩同行

基本的なスキルを習得したら、先輩に同行しお客様を訪問。

会話の進め方やお客様との接し方などを実践的に習得していきます。

  • 独り立ち

ー通りの業務を把握できたら、晴れて独り立ち。

もちろん、先輩や上司のフォローは引き続き行ないますので心配いりません。

年収350~420 万円 月給制 基本給200000円~245000円残業代 固定残業代制 固定残業時間: 23時間 固定残業代: 35000円超過分は全額支給手当: あり通勤手当あり 30000賞与あり 年2回 (7月・12月) 昇給あり 年1回(9月)
