仕事内容:

[業務内容]

・ 受付・電話対応(患者予約、会計など)

・ 診療補助(治療器材の準備、患者誘導、治療補助)

・ 消毒滅菌業務

・ 院内清掃(通常の掃除)

未経験でも大丈夫です。(在籍スタッフは未経験スタートの者しかおりません)少しずつ覚えていきましょう。

池袋だけでなく、埼玉県所沢市のクリニックにもシフトで出勤可能な方は大歓迎です。

アピールポイント:

医療法人で2件歯科医院があり、現在歯科衛生士5名(1名産休中)、歯科助手3名、常勤歯科医師1名(院長以外)

患者様やスタッフとしっかり会話できる人を求めてます。

受付、助手スタッフは採用時に未経験のスタッフしか在籍しておりません。安心して業務を覚えていただけます。

今回池袋の自費専門治療クリニックでの募集ですので、接遇を重じております

求める人材:

特殊な資格などは特に必要ありません。高卒以上。

ただ悩みを持って来院する患者様相手ですので、コミュニケーション能力は必要と考えております

勤務時間・曜日:

月曜日〜土曜日(完全週休2〜3日制を選択:週休3日は20万〜、週休2日は25万〜)

午前 9:30 〜 13:00 (昼休み 13:00〜14:00 )(所沢は8:30〜)

午後 14:00〜18:30

勤務日数など相談させていただきますのでご連絡くださいませ。

新所沢のクリニックにシフトで出勤可能な方も、大歓迎です。

休暇・休日:

プライベートを大事にしたい方は、完全週休3日制

仕事を優先したい方は完全週休2.5日制

選択できます

勤務地:

正社員は完全週休2.5日もしくは3日制(診療時間は18:30まで)

スタッフ間で調整して、出勤日も月ごとに変更しております。

社保完備のため、産休取得経験のあるスタッフも在籍

池袋駅西口 A1、A2出口より徒歩1分以内(現在工事でA1出口は閉鎖されております)

下記は西武線沿線に在住の方であれば、出勤可能です。

西武新宿線 新所沢駅 徒歩5分 バイク、自転車も可能です

給与:

昇給年1回

賞与年2回

待遇・福利厚生:

月給23万〜(完全週休2.5日制の場合)能力に応じて判断します

完全週休3日制の場合は20万〜、完全週休2日制は25万〜

交通費全額支給

社会保険、厚生年金、雇用保険、昇給年1回、賞与年2回

その他:

勤務開始日応相談(1〜2ヶ月後スタートも可能です)
