【具体的に】
■ 主な仕事内容
・チャネル開拓 (新規クライアント開拓)
・新規/既存顧客との商談 (プロジェクトの人材課題把握)
・IT人財でのソリューション提案(1名~数十名のチーム単位で提案)
・IT人財との連携(在籍エンジニア/コンサルタントとの連携)
※まずは既存パートナー企業を先輩社員から引き継ぎ、 徐々に新規開拓にも取り組んでいただきます。
【求める人材】
・営業経験2年以上(IT業界未経験歓迎)
・仲間と切磋琢磨できる、高いチーム意欲をお持ちの方
・ポジティブな性格で、コミュニケーションを大切にされている方

・IT業界に関する基礎的な知見をお持ちの方
・マネジメント経験をお持ちの方

【給与】
年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
