既存・新規顧客に対し、当社のプロモーション統括本部の全サービス(AIやSaaSプロダクト、各種デジタル広告など)を

横断的・複合的に提案し、顧客ビジネスの最大化に貢献していただきます。

単なる広告運用やSaaSの販売にとどまらず、顧客のニーズや状況に応じて、

複数のサービスから最適なパッケージングを行い、

長期的なパートナーとして課題解決から成果創出までをリードする役割です。

※運用業務は担当部署に依頼し、ご自身は「提案・戦略・推進」の営業職務に専念いただけます。

〜具体的には〜

・問い合わせ対応

初期のヒアリング段階で最適なサービス(AIやSaaSプロダクト、各種デジタル広告など)を見極め、

社内リソースのディレクション、アップセル・クロスセルによる受注推進までを一貫してリード。

・既存顧客への深耕営業、課題解決提案

担当する顧客の事業・マーケティング戦略を深く理解し、中長期的な課題解決に向けた戦略的な提案を実施。

・提案プロジェクトの推進・ディレクション(PM的役割)

複合的なソリューション提案において、プロジェクトマネージャー(PM)的な役割を担う。

社内の運用担当、開発部門、コンサルタント、その他関係部署を巻き込み、提案内容の実現に向けた進捗管理、タスクディレクション、品質管理を実施。

・パートナー企業のターゲット選定

協業スキームやビジネスプラン、戦略の策定に加え、未開拓業界への新しいソリューションの提案など。

求める人材:

【必須スキル】

・IT/SaaS/広告業界経験 5年以上

・PM的に社内外をディレクションしながらアップセル・クロスセルをしてきた方

【歓迎スキル】

・デジタルマーケティングの実務経験

・SaaSサービスの導入や運営経験

・AI関連プロダクトの企画・マーケティング経験

・新規事業、サービスの立ち上げ経験

・ITコンサルティングの経験

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00〜19:00(休憩1時間)

休暇・休日:

■完全週休2日制(土日祝日)

■GW(暦通り)

■夏期休暇(6月〜11月の間で平日3日間)

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥6,000,000 〜 ¥8,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥130,058〜¥173,420(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収600~800万円

■評価: 年2回

■給与査定:年1回

■試用期間:2ヶ月(基本条件は同じ)
