仕事内容:

グループホームみたてでは、認知症を抱える方々が暮らす少人数の家庭的な環境で、夜間の介護業務全般を担当いただきます。

身体介助や生活援助を中心に、入居者さんとの関係を深めながら、その人らしい生活をサポートするお仕事です。

お任せすることは、夕食や夜食のサポート、服薬準備から始まり、夜間の排泄介助やおむつ交換、見回り、コール対応などの直接ケア。

そして朝食準備やモーニングケアまで、入居者さんの一日の流れに寄り添う業務です。記録や申し送りなども大切な役割となります。

法人全体では600名を超える職員が、東京6区・埼玉2市の50以上の事業所で活躍しており、高い介護水準と職員教育を重視した組織です。

①【出産のとき】

出産見舞金が受けられ、元気に子育てが出来ます

②【医療費支給あり】

グループ内での医療機関を受診したときに支給されます(※共済会制度で給付を認めた院所に限ります)

③【産前産後休暇・病気や怪我で休んだとき】

傷病見舞金が受けられ、安心して療養出来ます

※社会保険とあわせ平均給与の約96.6%が保障されます。

④【病気や怪我で入院したとき】

傷病で医療機関に入院したときの医療費(健保本人一部負担金)が『入院見舞金』として90%支給されます。

⑤【退職されるとき】

退職者慰労会の会員が、所定の条件を満たして退職する場合、『退職一時金』または『退職者慰労金』が受給できます。

⑥【ご不幸にあわれたとき】

指定職員本人、またはご家族に不幸があった場合、状況により2万円〜最大250万円の給付があります。
