【仕事内容】

自然言語処理やレコメンドシステムなどを中心に、機械学習モデルの構築・運用・改善を担当していただきます。業務課題に対するアルゴリズム選定から実装、精度改善、運用まで一貫して関与いただきます。

■ 業務内容

・自然言語処理(NLP)を用いた分析・モデル開発

・レコメンドエンジン、クラスタリング、分類モデルの設計・実装

・Python/Jupyter Notebookでのデータ前処理・検証

・MLOps環境(Airflow/Dockerなど)による自動運用化

・社内外のステークホルダーとの要件調整、分析結果の説明

《必須要件》

・Pythonでの機械学習モデル構築の実務経験

・自然言語処理または推薦モデルなどの設計・チューニング経験

・SQLなどを使ったデータ抽出・整備の経験

・MLOpsの構築経験(Airflow/MLflow/Kubeflowなど)

・論文リサーチやモデルカスタマイズの経験

・API連携/アプリ組み込みに関する実装経験
