仕事内容


経理マネージャー【第二創業期の決算内製化をお任せ/連結からM&A挑戦】

【仕事内容】

前任者から決算業務の引継ぎをうけながら、連結決算の取りまとめを含めた決算業務をお任せします。

・仕訳、入出金管理、振込などの日常業務

・月次決算の取りまとめ

・四半期・年次決算の補助

・連結決算の実務(連結パッケージの受け渡し・チェックなど)

・子会社の経理サポート

・売上管理の巻き取り

開示資料作成や各資料のチェックについては、レポートラインになる執行役員が請け負うっています。

業務サポートを実施しながら、開示資料作成などのスキルを身につけていただくことが可能です。

  • 将来的にお任せしたい業務

・決算開示資料の作成

・JSOXの整備、内部統制の仕組み化

・経営企画と協力しての予算策定

・中期計画づくりのサポート

・M&Aのデューデリジェンスの参加

・買収候補企業の財務分析や資料作成

※会計システム:freee会計、開示システム:宝印刷

※執行役員は上場企業で財務・開示・IRを中心にキャリアを積み、CFOとして新規事業会社の立ち上げにも携わった実績を持つ、 開示と経営管理のプロフェッショナルになります。

年収:600~800 万円 年俸制 月給500000円 基本給:424618円年俸の1/12を毎月支給残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:23時間 固定残業代:75382円 超過分は全額支給 通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり50000円) 賞与:なし 昇給:あり 給与改定年1回

【募集背景】

増員募集です。

これまで経理財務組織の再構築に尽力してきた前任の経理財務マネージャーが、2025年7月より他事業専念のため業務委託契約に移行したことに伴い、その後任を募集しております。

現在も業務委託の形ではありますが、前任者が担当していた業務の専門性が高く、一部属人化している状況です。なお、当該業務委託契約は2026年1月末で終了予定です。このため、経理財務領域を中長期的にリードしていただける人材を求めています。
