Job Summary:
​​The Regional Sales Rep I helps support the creation and execution sales plans to support regional accounts utilizing an enterprise mindset to optimize profitability for the company and retail partners.​ 

Responsibilities:
35% ​​Develops and maintains account relationships within assigned territory, utilizing an enterprise mindset to execute sales opportunities.​ 

25% ​​Communicates and maintains sales plans and forecasts externally in partnership with sales leaders and peers.​ 

15% ​​Executes brand strategy, utilizing marketplace intelligence and consumer insights.​ 

10% ​​Builds relationships with cross-functional partners to help support a best-in-class business.​ 

10% ​​Partners with sales peers and leadership to create and deliver seasonal product presentations to understand persuasive storytelling and directive selling techniques.​ 

5% Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.

• Typically requires less than 2 years of professional experience where knowledge base is generally acquired from a college degree or equivalent course experience.

• ​​1-2 years of experience in sales of Apparel, Footwear, Equipment, and/or equivalent industry merchant experience 

• Experience in successfully meeting deadlines and targets with elements of ambiguity 

• Experience working effectively within cross functional teams 

• Interpersonal skills, including relationship building, as well as persuasive speaking and negotiation abilities. 

• Solid written and verbal communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Applications. 

• Time management skills to handle sample lines, territory travel, tear down and set ups, while maintaining order book and shipments.​ 

• Travel: Substantial - 50%

Typical Office: Generally sedentary for prolonged periods, may occasionally require ability to move about or adjust/move items weighing up to 10 lbs. in all directions; Constantly requires collaboration and the ability to communicate with others to exchange information while in a typical office setting. Collaboration is generally conducted in person unless the role has been pre-approved for remote work.
