当社ではC++ソフトウェアエンジニア(金融ソフトウェア開発)として、PTPソフトウェアプラットフォームの拡張および機能強化に貢献いただける経験豊富なエンジニアを募集しています。このポジションでは、プラットフォームの戦略的な機能拡張に加え、クライアント向けの導入プロジェクトに携わっていただきます。PTPプラットフォームは、クラウドベースの先進的な証券処理ソリューションであり、世界各国の金融機関に対し、取引ライフサイクル全体をサポートする機能を提供しています。

チームについて ~
C++ソフトウェアエンジニア(金融ソフトウェア開発)として、PTPプラットフォーム開発グループに参画いただきます。当グループは、システム機能の主要領域ごとに責任を持つ複数の小規模なスクラムチームに分かれて構成されています。本ポジションでは、開発ライフサイクルの全フェーズに携わり、主要な機能領域のオーナーシップを持って業務に取り組んでいただきます。

主な業務内容

C++ ソフトウェアエンジニア(金融ソフトウェア開発)として、以下の業務に携わっていただきます:

  • ユーザー要件の分析およびソリューション設計への落とし込み
  • タスクの見積もりおよび分解
  • 新機能の実装および既存機能の拡張
  • 少人数かつアジャイルな開発体制のもと、コードレビューおよび技術的ベストプラクティスの共有

必須要件
~

  • C++による商用または業務用ソフトウェア開発経験が最低3年以上、金融ソフトウェア開発の経験があれば尚可
  • SQLの経験
  • 日本語(JLPT N2)および英語の両言語において実務レベルで対応可能
  • 数理系の学位、または同等の業務経験

  • イベント駆動型の分散メッセージングシステム(例:Kafka)の実務経験

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced C++ Software Engineer, Financial Software to help grow and enhance our PTP software platform. The candidate will work on strategic enhancements to the platform as well as on client implementation projects. The PTP Platform is a leading-edge, cloud-based Securities Processing solution that provides trade lifecycle processing for a wide range of global financial institutions.

About The Team
As a C++ Software Engineer, Financial Software, you'll be part of our PTP Platform development group. The group is broken into smaller scrum teams that each hold responsibility for a key area of system functionality. You'll become involved with all phases of the development lifecycle and take ownership of key functional areas.

What You Will Be Doing
As a C++ Software Engineer, Financial Software, you will be involved in~

  • Analysis of user requirements and translation into solution design
  • Estimating and breaking down tasks
  • Implementation of new features and feature enhancements
  • Collaborating on code reviews and best practice within a small, agile, focused team

What You Will Need

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial or business software development experience using C++ preferably financial software development
  • SQL experience
  • Effectively bilingual in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English
  • Relevant degree in a numeric discipline, or equivalent work experience

Experience Of The Following Is Useful

  • Unix/Linux experience
  • Oracle Experience
  • Experience of event-driven distributed messaging (e.g. Kafka)
  • Experience of financial markets and the trade lifecycle beneficial
  • C# and any GUI development experience
