We are seeking experienced operations professionals responsible for overseeing the overall creative needs of our APAC clients.From material services to influencer content, from insights to production and marketing, they ensure the creative team's contribution to clients' business growth.
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of bilateral cooperation operations for the creative and content service ecosystem. Develop and execute different operational plans based on the segmentation of creator agencies, creators, and users. Build tiering and task systems to enhance the scale of supply and demand, activity levels, and order volume on the platform, ensuring a sustainable ecosystem.
- Ensure the smooth rollout of new product features to agencies and creators through structured GTM plan and improve the effectiveness of materials and content through training programs for agencies and creators.
- Collaborate with various business units to manage the introduction and retention of supply and demand. Enhance platform retention, conversion, and payment metrics through various operational methods. Improve the lifecycle of creators and agencies by monitoring usage rates and driving optimizations.
- Coordinate internal company resources to develop new cooperation models. Complete product documentation, functionality development, and follow up on data analysis. Understand market information and competitor dynamics to optimize related product features.
- Manage and analyze data related to supply and demand. Build and refine data systems based on business objectives, and guide project decisions through data analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
1.
3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing or related operations in advertising/ brand marketing/ creative agency, preferably with APAC regional exposure.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and data analysis capabilities. Able to quickly grasp core information and key points, identify risks and issues, and drive stakeholders to resolve problems and achieve goals.
- Strong learning ability, self-motivation, adaptability, and a global perspective. Capable of seamless communication with global organizations, achieving consensus, and promoting cooperation.
- High level of Japanese proficiency and English/Mandarin both oral and written for business communication, organizational prowess, analytical acumen to interpret data and trends effectively, and ability to work with APAC, global partners, and external stakeholders located in Mandarin-speaking markets.
