【業務内容】
インサイドセールスが取得したアポイントに対して、提案~クロージングまでを行います。
経営者もしくは経営企画の方への提案が基本であるためヒアリング力や提案力など、営業スキルを高めることが可能です。
「ヨジツティクス」の提案営業を行いながら、セールス体制の構築や仕組み化に携わっていただき、事業を軌道に乗せるというミッションをお任せします。
これまでの経験を活かした、+αの提案や仕組み化、データドリブンな戦略立案、チームのリーダーシップまで、幅広い役割を担える方を期待しています。
【具体的な業務内容】
・顧客先での商談(デモンストレーションや提案、クロージング)
・RFP(提案依頼書)の作成・提案
・コンペでのプレゼン
・経営企画、経理/財務、情報システム担当者、経営者・役員等との折衝業務
・業務フローの構築や改善
・顧客データをもとにした傾向分析や営業戦略策定、施策検討
・生産性向上のための仕組み化

・プロダクトの企画や仕組みづくりにも携われる
小規模組織だからこそ営業以外の側面にも積極的に関わっていただくことは可能で、プロダクトの機能改善はもちろん、これから増えていくお客様へのサクセス活動など、領域を限定せずにチャレンジできる環境です。
そこからPMM(プロダクトマーケティングマネージャー)や他の新規事業の立ち上げ責任者など、様々なキャリアを描けるチャンスがあります。

年収 600 ~ 1000 万円
■平均残業時間は約30分/日
※1)インセンティブ制度あり(半期の個人評価をもとに年2回支給)
