私たちは、介護施設への給食支援という「安定基盤」と、全国各地の笑顔を作るイベント運営という「ワクワク」を掛け合わせた、これまでにない事業を展開しています。
現在、会社はまさに第2創業期とも言える*【発展途上】*の真っ只中。
今回は、社長直轄の新規プロジェクトとして関東拠点を共に創り上げる、初期メンバーを募集します

埼玉を中心とした関東圏の現場があなたの職場です。
面倒な「事務所への出勤」や「形だけの会議」のための移動は一切なし。
現場が終わればそのまま解散
自分の時間を大切にしながら、自律して働く「プロフェッショナル」なスタイルを推奨しています。
2. 社長直下のスピード感と成長環境
社長のすぐ隣で、新規事業の立ち上げを体感できます。
マニュアル通りに動く必要はありません。
「こうすればもっと効率的かも」「新しいメニューにこれを追加しましょう」といったあなたの声が、即座に事業に反映されます。

3. 「日常」と「非日常」をどちらも楽しむ
日々の業務は、地域の施設を支える調理サポート。
そして定期的に訪れるのが、全国各地へのイベント出張です。
埼玉を中心とした関東圏内を旅するように働き、
その土地のお客様に「美味しい」を届ける。単調な毎日とは無縁の働き方です。
【具体的にお任せする2つの業務】
1. 介護施設での給食調理サポート(安定のデイリーワーク) さいたま市を中心とした関東圏内の契約施設にて、利用者様へ提供する食事の調理・盛り付け・提供を行います。
- 「今日の食事も楽しみだね」と待ってくださる高齢者の方々に、温かい食事と安心を届ける社会的意義の大きい仕事です。
- 複雑な調理工程は少ないため、未経験の方も家庭料理の延長からスタートできます
2. 関東圏のイベント運営・調理(ワクワクの現場ワーク) 関東エリアで開催される様々なイベント会場にて、キッチンカーやブースでの調理・販売・設営サポートを行います。
- 普段の給食業務とは異なり、お祭りや催事など「非日常」の活気を感じながら働けるのが魅力です。
- ※イベント出張は基本的に関東圏内がメインです。 宿泊を伴う遠方ばかりではなく、地域に密着して活躍していただけます。
アピールポイント:
- 未経験から「月収30万円」も可能: 基本給23万円に加え、1イベントにつき3,000円〜5,000円の歩合給を支給月10回程度のイベント参加で、未経験からでも高収入を目指せます。

求める人材:

- 未経験・第二新卒・フリーター大歓迎
- 明るく前向きな対応ができ、人と触れ合うことが好きな方。

- 必須: 普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
- 歓迎: 調理経験(アルバイトでも可)がある方。
勤務時間・曜日:
8:00 ~ 17:00(実働8時間)
※イベント現場により変動あり
休暇・休日:
- 月9日休み(シフト制)
- 年間休日110日以上
- 夏季・冬季休暇、慶弔休暇、有給休暇
勤務地:
埼玉県を中心とした関東エリアの各現場(完全直行直帰)
- 自宅から現場へ直接向かい、終わったらそのまま帰宅
- オフィスへの出社義務はありません。
- ※イベント開催時は、全国各地への出張が発生します(出張費全額会社負担)。
給与:
月給:230,000円 + 歩合給 + 遠方手当
【月収例:未経験入社1年目】
- 月収 275,000円(月給23万円 + 歩合4.5万円[イベント9回参加] + 手当)
- 昇給あり(事業成長や個人の貢献度をダイレクトに反映)
- 試用期間:2ヶ月(期間中の条件は応相談)
