PwCJapan有限責任監査法人のガバナンス・リスク・コンプライアンス・アドバイザリー部は、GRC領域の圧倒的な専門性を武器に、このような社会の変革に対峙する大手金融機関やグローバル企業等のクライアントが抱える重要な経営課題の解決を支援しています。
【職務内容】
グローバル化、M&Aの活発化、市場環境の変化、新しい技術革新による変化、規制変更、労働人口減少、内部不正、サイバー犯罪、自然災害など、企業が対応すべきリスクは多様化し、日々変動しています。

- ガバナンスおよび内部監査支援

【当ポジションの魅力】
・グローバルに展開する企業が抱えるGRCの課題を解決するための先進的な実務(例えば、自動化統制や生成AIを利用した業務効率化、サイバーリスク対応、EGS対応など)に関与頂く機会があります。
・PwCのメンバーファームと連携し、クライアントに対してグローバルベースでサービス提供を行い、グローバル・プロジェクトを経験する機会があります。

登録資格 Qualification
下記のスキル・経験を有する方、または、GRC領域で経験を積みたいと強く希望しチャレンジ意欲を有する方を、歓迎します 。
■3年以上のコンサルティングファーム、または、監査法人等でのコンサルタントとしての業務経験者
■3年以上の経営管理、経営企画等に係る業務の経験者
■3年以上の法務/コンプライアンス/リスク管理に係る業務の経験者
また、下記能力・経験等があれば尚歓迎いたします。
□事業会社の海外拠点でのビジネス経験
□TableauやPower BI等のツールやSQLのスキルを活用し、データ分析を活用したプロセスの改善・高度化の経験
□GRCツールの導入経験、Uipath等を使ったプロセスの自動化経験などテクノロジーを活用した経営管理・リスク管理プロセスの改善・高度化の経験
□銀行・証券会社・保険会社やそのグループ会社でコンプライアンス体制の構築や定性的なリスク管理(いわゆる2線業務)、内部監査の経験
□海外拠点の内部監査、コンプライアンスモニタリングの経験
□不正リスクマネジメントに係る業務の経験
□グループ会社を含めたガバナンス運営、グローバル法務・コンプライアンス体制の構築に関与した経験
□リスクガバナンス、リスクアペタイトフレームワーク、統合的リスク管理の運営経験
□各種コンプライアンス違反(贈収賄、会計不正及び品質偽装対応等)への対応経験
□各業種特定の法規制・コンプライアンスの対応経験(特に金融機関、製薬業界)
□コーポレートガバナンスコードに係る経験
□日本公認会計士または海外CPA(USCPAを含む)、公認内部監査人(CIA)、公認情報システム監査人(CISA)、公認不正検査士(CFE)、公認AMLスペシャリスト(CAMS / CAMS-Audit)、公認グルーバルサンクションスペシャリスト(CGSS)等の資格をお持ちの方
□国内外の弁護士資格保有者、法科大学院、海外のロースクールを卒業された方
□ビジネスレベルの英語力(海外出張可能なレベル)
