仕事情報

  • 仕事内容

未就学児や小中学生のお子さまへの療育を行います。勉強につい

ていけない、お友だちとうまく遊べないなど、発達・成長に心配

のあるお子さまや、障がいを持ったお子さまを対象にしており、

自由遊びや個別・集団レクリエーションなど、お子さまの年齢や

個別支援計画に基づきながらさまざまな支援を行うお仕事です。

お子さまに手厚い支援が施せるように、こぱんはうすさくらでは

職員を基準の3倍配置しています。これにより落ち着いた支援が

できる上、将来のビジョンを明確にしながら児童発達支援管理責

任者や管理者、SVへのキャリアアップを目指すことも可能です。

施設ごとの役割


児童発達支援では、0歳〜小学校就学前を対象に、発達に心配の

あるお子さまや障がいを持ったお子さまの自立支援・機能訓練を

行います。放課後等デイサービスは、就学〜満20歳を対象とする

お子さまに日常生活動作の指導や集団生活への適応訓練などを行

うとともに、放課後などの居場所としての役割を担っています。

時に見守り、時に支援を行います。そんな風に、療育を提供する

立場の私たちですが、実は一生懸命な姿や成長する過程にむしろ

エネルギーをもらうことが多々ありますお子さまと一緒に元気

に楽しめる方にぴったりのお仕事です。

運営方針


こぱんはうすさくらでは「知能改善」の訓練を重視しています。

ボール投げで例えるなら、ボールへの反応、転がることの理解、

投げる、力加減など、段階別に進捗を管理してお子さまの認知力

と想像力を育んでいます。また、音楽などでの「情緒表現力」の

向上や、「しつけ・ルールの吸収力」の充実も重視しています。

(12月31日~1月3日を除く)

9時 ~ 18時(休憩1時間)

※希望休制度があるので安心して働けます

資格

保育士(地域限定保育士可)

※経験の有無は問いません。

児童療育に関心がある方を募集しています。

※保育士(取得見込み)の方
