【業務内容】

上場スタートアップのCFOを中心とした経営層に対する「新株予約権ファイナンス」や「IR」についての提案を担当いただきます。

当社の特徴として資金調達にとどまらない発行体の成長支援を行っており、外部パートナーとタッグを組んで担当企業のニーズに合わせて柔軟にソリューションの提案が可能です。

顧客の課題に寄り添った提案を行うことが顧客期待であり、信頼獲得・案件獲得のためのキーアクションになります。

入社後は代表と並走しながら業務を覚えていただき、徐々に担当をお任せしていく予定です。

【応募条件】

下記経験を2年以上お持ちの方

・投資銀行での上場企業向けカバレッジ経験(=営業、提案活動)

・上場ベンチャーでのCFOやCFOに準ずる経験

【待遇・環境】

年収1,500万円~3,000万円

※これまでの経験やご実績・能力・現年収などを考慮し決定します。

<インセンティブ制度あり>

・成果を定量的に評価し、明確なインセンティブで還元します。

・2年目・3年目以降は年収4,000万円以上も目指せるポジションです。

■勤務時間:10:00~19:00(実働8時間)

■休日休暇:完全週休2日(土日)、祝日、有給休暇、GW、夏季、年末年始等(会社カレンダーによる)※年間休日120日以上
