大正時代に創業した老舗家具メーカー「田中工藝」の東京支店で中核を担えるメンバーとして活躍してくださる方を募集します。お客様にご提案するものは当社の主力製品であるオーダーメイド家具・キッチンブランド「RILNO(リルノ)」お客様の理想の暮らしを叶える、こだわりの詰まった製品の施工管理業務をお任せします。

【業務内容】

家具メーカー〈RILNO〉の施工管理スタッフとしてオーダー家具、キッチン取付施工の管理業務をお任せします

【業務の詳細】

・施工前の現地確認(寸法チェックなど)

・製作図をもとに現地の調査、墨出し、随時打合せ

・作業人員計画の作成(人員手配、工程管理、コスト管理、安全管理)

・施工状況の確認(モラルマナー管理、安全面、出来栄え、機能チェック)

・施工時資材入荷確認(機器品番・傷・寸法等のチェック)

・オーダー家具の引渡し対応、取扱説明

今までのご経験内容に応じて、初めは先輩社員と現場に同行し、弊社製作図の読み取り方、打合せのポイント、施工完了のポイントを掴んでいって頂ければと思います。約1ヶ月の研修後、実際に現場打合せ、施工管理業務に従事していただきます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,000,000 〜 ¥6,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥56,700〜¥75,600(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年俸制:400万円~600万円

・年俸の1/14を毎月支給(月額換算:30万~40万円)

・年2回(7月・12月)、年俸の1/14+査定賞与を支給

・固定残業代(月30時間分)を含む。

超過分は別途支給

【手当】

・扶養手当:5,000円

・子供手当:7,000円×人数

・Nisa手当:3,000円

・交通費:実費支給

【昇給】

【賞与】

7月と12月に年棒の1/14+査定により支給いたします。
