初期配属は堺市内の新車店舗をお約束

※ただし、将来的には転居を要しない範囲での異動が発生します

ー "死亡交通事故ゼロ"を目指して、

航空機メーカーをルーツとするSUBARU

  • 自動車の提案
  • 保険のご案内
  • 点検・整備のご案内
  • カーラーライフ・メンテナンスのご案内
  • 納車登録手続き など
  • 下取り車の査定

※スバル車だけでなく、

トヨタ・ホンダ・日産・スズキ・マツダ・ダイハツ・輸入車など

他ブランドのクルマの下取り査定も行います

<働き方>

・土日は多くのお客様がご来店されます

クルマのご提案だけでなく、点検・整備の調子伺いなど

来店されたお客様対応が中心です

・平日は土日のご来店に向けた準備や

各種申請・手続き等の事務処理を行うことが多いです

・来店型の営業スタイルです

担当のお客様にお電話で点検・整備等のご案内をすることはありますが、

新規のお客様を相手に飛び込み営業をすることはありません

<担当ユーザー数>

・配属時に店舗ユーザーの引継ぎを行います

ご経験に応じて100名程度からスタートし、

慣れてくれば400名前後のお客様を担当します

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 235000円 ~ 285500円

※3ヶ月の試用期間があります(給与・待遇変更なし)

※上記月給例は新人手当(20,000円/月・1年間支給)を含みます。

※実際の給与については、年齢、経験、前職での給与を考慮し決定します。

※その他販売報奨金、保険報奨金、その他報奨金などインセンティブ有

22歳~25歳 平均年収520万円程度

固定残業代:なし

残業代:全額支給

月平均残業時間:30時間程度

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

有給休暇は入社時から取得できます。(試用期間中取得可)

ポイント型福利厚生制度(カフェテリアプラン)は、試用期間終了後に加入します。
