<地域創生事業について>

地域創生事業では、楽天グループの様々なアセット(楽天トラベル、楽天市場、 楽天ふるさと納税、楽天Pay、楽天モバイルなど)を活用し、主に地方自治体の地域課題の解決(コンサルティング営業)を行っています。

地域創生事業の運営・推進、事業運営上意思決定に必要なデータを収集報告、事業課題に戦略的に取り組む部署として、事業統括室があります。

事業統括室では、安定した事業基盤を作るため、事業ポートフォリオの再構築と、収益管理の徹底を推進しています。当事業を横断的に管理し、戦略的な意思決定をするため、事業の健全な成長を支えるため、「事業統括・事業管理」のポジションを募集します。

業務内容
地域創生の事業管理や意思決定をサポートするために、財務データなどを収集・分析、事業上層部や現場部門に有益な情報を提供し、事業をリードする役割を持ちます。

<予算編成・管理>

・年間予算や中期計画の作成

・各部門やプロジェクトごとの予算配分

・実績と予算の差異分析(予実管理)

<業績管理>

・月次・四半期・年次の業績レポート作成

・KPI(重要業績評価指標)の設定とモニタリング

・部門別やプロジェクト別の収益性分析

<コスト管理>

・原価計算やコスト分析

・コスト削減の提案や施策の実施

・製品やサービスごとの採算性分析

<データ分析・レポート作成>

・BIツールやExcelを活用したデータ分析

・経営陣向けのレポートやプレゼン資料の作成

<管理会計システムの運用・改善>

・管理会計システム(SAP、Oracle、Hyperionなど)の導入・運用

・システムのカスタマイズやデータフローの最適化

<部門間調整・コミュニケーション>

・各部門との連携によるデータ収集や目標設定

・事業上層部や現場との調整役としての役割

・経営戦略や目標を現場に落とし込むサポート

<その他>

・内部統制やガバナンスの観点からの管理

・非財務データ(例:顧客満足度、従業員エンゲージメントなど)の分析

・ESGやサステナビリティ関連の管理指標の策定・分析

・DX推進

単なる数字の処理だけでなく、事業上層部や現場に対して「どのように意思決定を行うべきか」をサポートする役割があります。

自由な風土で、自身で企画発案、実行まで柔軟にチャレンジでき、拡大する組織のなかで、1から組織運営が学べます。

働く環境
・募集チームの人数は5名です。

・中途3:プロパー7の比率です。

・20-30代の若手中心です。

中途、プロパーともに、営業、営業企画、マーケなど、多様なバックグラウンドの方がいます。

必須要件:
・事業企画・事業管理経験 3年以上

・予実管理、KPI設定・モニタリングの経験

・Excelを用いたデータ集計・分析(ピボットテーブル、関数、グラフ作成など)

・数字に基づいた論理的思考力と課題解決能力

・チームやプロジェクトのピープルマネジメント経験

歓迎要件:
・BIツール(Tableau、DOMOなど)の操作スキル

・データベースやSQLの基礎知識
