[世羅町]メーカー技術営業~幹部候補/金属加工知識を活かして営業職にキャリアチェンジ~

【仕事内容】

ギアボックスの商品化に伴う当社の新規営業部門の立ち上げフェーズで、技術営業を担当していただける方を募集します。

既存のビジネスモデルから脱却し、既存の取引に頼らず、新たな受注を獲得し、収益を増やしていきたいと考えています。

<具体的な仕事内容>

技術営業として、顧客との窓口業務を担当し、ニーズに応じた提案や問題解決を行います。

  • ヒアリング: 顧客のニーズを聞き取り、それに応じた提案を行い新規案件を獲得いたします。
  • 計画策定:必要な工具や資材の計画を立て、社内外の関係者と打ち合わせを行います。
  • 見積もり作成:提案内容に基づき、見積もりを作成します。
  • 納品管理:納品までの工程を管理し、納期を守ります。
  • アフターフォロー:納品後のフォローアップを行い、顧客満足度を高めます。

大型部品加工から小型ギアまでの加工・数ミクロン単位の精度部品の製造販売

・過去の実績が評判をよび、"シンセラに頼めば、大丈夫"と三菱電機やダイキン等から大型受注を受けるなど、多くの企業から信頼を得ています。

現在、技術営業チームには本部長と担当課長が在籍しており、新たに加わる方には事業本部長と共に新規営業部門の立ち上げを担当していただきます。

営業経験は問いませんし、いきなり一人でお任せするようなことはありません。事業本部長や外部のプロフェッショナルと連携しながら業務を進めます。

【年収・給与】

<予定年収>450万円~750万円<賃金形態>月給制<賃金内訳>月額(基本給):230,000円~350,000円<月給>230,000円~350,000円<昇給有無>有<残業手当>有<給与補足>出張などが発生する際には、適宜相談をしながら手当等は策定をしてまいります。※現時点では出張が発生しておりません。昇給:年1回賞与:年2回ステップアップ手当、臨時物価手当、役職手等あり賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。
