<ミッション>

■ 広告運用チームの立ち上げ

本部長や営業部長と連携し、広告運用チームの立ち上げを担います。

これまで少数・小規模案件で属人的に対応していた体制を再設計し、今後拡大が見込まれる広告運用に備えた安全性・再現性の高い運用体制を構築していただきます。

■ AI時代に対応した広告サービスの開発

本部長・営業部長・開発部と協働し、AI検索最適化領域でNo.1を目指すための広告サービスを企画・開発します。

AIの進化を前提に、次世代の広告運用の在り方を再定義し、AI検索最適化と連動する新しい広告サービスモデルをつくっていく役割を担います。

■ 組織の拡大・マネジメント

事業の成長に合わせて、立ち上げたチームを継続的に拡大・強化していきます。

採用・育成・体制設計を含むチームマネジメント全般をリードし、スケーラブルな運用組織を構築します。

■ 顧客成果の最大化

一部案件では、クライアントの広告施策における成果創出をリードします。

課題発見から戦略立案・実行まで一貫して推進し、クライアントにとって確実な成果を生み出す支援を行っていただきます。

<業務内容>

広告運用MGRとして、AI検索最適化領域での事業成長と組織拡大をリードしていただきます。

具体的には以下のような業務を想定しています。

■ 広告運用チームの立ち上げ

・広告運用チームの立ち上げを主導し、運用ルール・役割設計・ワークフローをゼロから構築

・広告出稿設計、レポーティング基準、品質チェックなど事故を防ぐ運用プロセスを設計

・運用ツール、モニタリング環境の選定や運用指標(KPI/KGI)の定義

・営業部との連携体制を整備し、営業→実行へのスムーズなハンドオーバー構造を構築

■ AI時代に対応した広告サービスの開発

・AI検索最適化と親和性の高い広告サービスを設計

・開発部、本部長、営業部と協働し、AI時代の広告プロダクトの要件策定と実証運用

・運用データをもとにしたサービス改善案、新機能提案

■ 組織の拡大・マネジメント

・広告運用者の採用・教育・評価の仕組み化

・属人化を防ぐナレッジマネジメントと教育カリキュラムの整備

・案件増加に応じた組織構造・ポジション設計(チームリーダー層の育成含む)

・組織がスケールしても品質を落とさないための再現性あるオペレーションモデルの構築

■ 顧客成果の最大化

・一部主要案件における広告戦略立案・実行をリードし、CPA改善やROI最大化などの具体成果を創出

・クライアント課題のヒアリング~戦略策定~PDCA実行までの全工程を統括

・事例化・ナレッジ化を通じて、部全体の広告運用品質を底上げ

・サービス開発 or 業務プロセス設計/改善 or 組織戦略の企画・運用の実績

【給与】

入社時想定年収 700 万円〜1200 万円

・年収 7,000,000円:月収 500,000円(基本給 425,000円+役職手当 75,000円)

※給与改定年2回(6月、12月)
