【 報酬実績(リアルデータ)】

※時給4,300円の場合

・月20時間稼働:月収86,000円

・月40時間稼働:月収172,000円

・月60時間稼働:月収258,000円

・月80時間稼働:月収344,000円

※プロジェクトでの評価によって、契約更新時に単価UPした実績多数

<応募資格>

・両面型もしくはRAとしてのご経験が2年以上お持ちの方

・担当者として中途採用の実務に2年以上携わっていらっしゃった方

・日中の連絡やご面談の対応が可能な方

・ダイレクトリクルーティングのご経験があられる方

・RPOのプロジェクトに既に参画されご活躍された経験のある方

勤務時間・曜日:

完全フルリモート◎

仕事時間はご自身で選択可能です◎

※日中に顧客との商談やインナーMTGが入ります

休暇・休日:

仕事時間はご自身で調整可能です◎

※クライアント定例(週1回程度)や、日中の面談対応やチャット連携が必要です。

休暇・休日・仕事量はご自身で調整できます(原則土日祝休み)
