In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization's technology landscape by managing IT strategies and systems. You will evaluate network and data security, optimize software and systems, and implement best practices that align with organizational goals. Furthermore, you will oversee IT projects and budget allocations, ensuring seamless operations while fostering a collaborative environment for the IT team. Your contribution will be vital in driving efficiency and innovation across all departments.

Accountabilities
  • Conduct routine evaluations of network and data security
  • Identify opportunities to enhance software and systems
  • Create and implement IT policies and best practice manuals
  • Develop and conduct workshops and training programs for staff
  • Perform regular system audits
  • Run operations reports and share with management
  • Organize and set deadlines for major IT projects
  • Manage and report on the allocation of the IT budget
  • Provide advice and guidance to IT staff
  • Foster training and teamwork skills within the department
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in IT management
  • Strong knowledge of technical management and information analysis
  • Proficient in computer hardware and software systems
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Effective multi-tasking and time-management abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Real estate background is a MUST
