【仕事内容】

就労移行支援事業所での職業指導員のお仕事です。

具体的には、

・所内軽作業の指導

・Exel・Wordなどの基礎的なPC指導

・就労準備プログラムの立案、運営

・実習・就職面接の同行

・就職先探しと提案

・関連施設への連携

・書類作成 など

「障害のある方と関わったことがない」という方でも、学びながら仕事をすることができます。

就労移行支援事業所以外にも、就労継続支援B型事業所、就労定着支援事業所もある多機能型ですので、ゆっくり仕事に向けて準備を進めたい利用者さん、仕事に就いて定着している利用者さんなど、ご利用者さんお一人ずつの人生に合わせて関わることができるのも当事業所の特長です。

就労に向けた支援を行うため、職員の就職経験や転職経験など自身の職歴も活かせる職場です。

求める人材:

必須のスキル

・基本的なPC操作(Excel、Word、PowerPointなど)

・電話対応

・普通自動車免許(軽作業の搬出搬入など運転回数は多いです)

歓迎するスキル

・職場適応援助者(ジョブコーチ)の研修修了している方

・就労支援事業所での勤務経験のある方

・計画を立てたり、考えて対策を練るのが好きな方

・新しいことへもチャレンジできる方

勤務時間・曜日:

8時50分~16時50分(休憩時間60分)

休暇・休日:

【年間休日 123日(2023年度実績)】

※6カ月経過後の年次有給休暇日数:12日(勤務日数によって変動あり)

内訳は時給1,055円+処遇改善加算(時給換算)250円となります。
