JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Support Associate will provide high-quality service to CRIF Japan's clients while supporting daily operations through administrative, financial, and HR coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Communication
- Prepare and share the monthly sales summary with all CRIF Japan team members.
- Check the outstanding accounts receivable list from the Finance team and follow up on invoice data.
- Send reminder emails to clients regarding overdue payments.
- Support invoicing related to office supplies, vendor costs, and marketing/administrative expenses.
- Manage postal deliveries and receipts.
- File new contract documents and maintain the contract register.
o Expense reimbursements.
o Vendor payments.
o Marketing, sales, and administrative invoices.
Submit leave reports to HR.
- Assist with HR-related requests.
- Follow up on tax, social insurance, and other insurance requirements, including preparing and issuing certifications or documents.
- Handle general office administration and logistics.
- IT coordination for any related IT issues within the office.
- Provide support for local requirements, such as communication with landlords and preparation of official documents for municipalities.
- Assist managing director with other tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Business, or related field.
- Experience in customer support, administration, or office coordination (experience in Japan preferred).
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of Japanese taxation/social insurance procedures is an advantage.
