JLL has an exciting new opportunity for an energetic and bright customer-service focused FM professional working onsite for one of our clients

You will be responsible for forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with visitors and clients through the delivery of a superior and engaging workplace experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Participate new location transition to ensure JLL personnel, vendor, contract are ready for successful and smooth operation before go-live
  • Be familiar with & operate to the Scope of Work as defined in the Master Agreement. Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with client SLA
  • Achieve key performance indicators and service level agreement targets
  • Understand the operational & technical requirements of the site and ensure that current service agreement is maintained to provide necessary supplies and services.
  • Lead on-site team to implement corporate HSSE program in lab, office, chemical storage, gas station and site office environment
  • Ensure contractor follow up HSSE principle daily cleaning, maintenance, and other services delivered by vendor
  • Accountable for all JLL service scope on site for client and manage on-site operation team, JLL vendor, and vendor hired by client under FM scope
  • Liaise with landlord for daily operation
  • Set up PPM management and vendor management in Corrigo system to ensure daily operation can be running smoothly and all related works can be performed with a good manner
  • Establish SOP/LOP to standardize operating procedures
  • Ad-hoc projects management and implementation to provide qualified service
  • Facilities parameter management and work order system management with accurate data and record
  • Emergency response and other service support and cooperation
  • As the project leader, put forward a continuous improvement plan for on-site operations, and verify the effectiveness to meet the customer's operational goals
  • Identification and implementation of opportunities to reduce office facilities operating costs
  • Support other site operation as needed and regional program implementation

  • University degree/diploma

    • E XPERIENCE

  • At lease 5+ years working experience in FM
  • Strong customer responsiveness
