勤務時間・曜日:

【月~日】

9時15分〜18時45分

休憩 13時00分~14時30分 実働8時間

【祝日】

9時30分〜13時30分

休憩 なし 実働4時間

※土日祝日も診察を行います(小倉院)

現時点では折尾院は水曜日と日曜日は休診予定です。

以下のいずれかの働き方を基準に、勤務曜日、勤務場所については相談の上決定します。

  • 土日祝を含む週5日
  • 土もしくは日いずれかと祝日含む週5日

休暇・休日:

  • 完全週休2日(曜日については雇用時に決定)
  • 年末年始(12月30日~1月3日)
  • GW休暇(憲法記念日、みどりの日、こどもの日)
  • 年次有給休暇(法定通り)

勤務地:

小倉院(小倉駅直結)もしくは折尾院(折尾駅直結)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥220,000 〜 ¥280,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥20,000〜¥30,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

待遇・福利厚生:

  • 試用期間3か月
  • 定年60歳
  • 社会保険完備(健康保険・厚生年金・雇用保険・労災保険)
  • 賞与年2回(業績による)
  • 交通費支給(上限無し)※非課税限度額の範囲で支給します
