【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

・入社直後は、既存事業における顧客対応、サービス企画、業務改善企画、オペレーション設計などを実施

・企画業務のキャッチアップの状況に応じて、事業の業績管理、戦略策定、メンバーのマネジメント等にも早い段階で携わり、ゆくゆくは事業責任者、事業開発として活躍していただきます。

・入社後の担当業務は限定的ではなく、スキルや適性に応じて、お任せしていきます。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【応募資格(必須)】

下記のいずれかのご経験3年以上

・自身が主体となって企画提案~実行まで行い、成果創出につなげたご経験

・コンサルティングもしくはプロジェクトマネジメント業務のご経験

【応募資格(歓迎)】

・Excel等のツールを活用した分析業務の経験がある方

・定量データの扱いが得意な方、データドリブンでの改善経験がある方

・論理的思考能力があり、定量・定性の両側面から建設的な思考ができる方(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
