<職務内容/Main task>
■所属組織の担当領域、業務概要と部門全体における役割、ポジション

・グローバル日産の全ての資金調達活動に関与する重要なチームです

■具体的な業務内容と自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション

・グローバル日産の資金調達計画策定

・日産自動車の資金調達実行(銀行借入、CP発行、国内及び海外マーケットでの社債発行)

・銀行(邦銀、外銀)リレーション

・海外子会社の資金調達条件バリデート及び資金調達実行サポート(主に、アメリカ、カナダ、メキシコ、中国、オーストラリア、タイ、インドの販売金融子会社、2025年3月末時点の販売金融子会社の資産合計は10兆円以上)

・グローバル日産の為替ヘッジ戦略策定

・日産自動車の為替ヘッジ及び為替スポット取引実行

・Monthly/Quarterly report作成

<登録資格( 経験/資格など )/Skills And Experience Required>
Must

・事業法人での経理・財務業務 経験2年以上 もしくは 金融機関での業務 経験2年以上

・日本語Native もしくは 日本語Native相当の日本語力

・電話会議に支障が無いレベルの英語力(TOEIC750点以上目安)

Want

・グローバルに事業を展開する事業法人での財務業務(資金調達、キャッシュマネジメント等)経験3年以上

・自動車業界経験:あれば尚可
