<ミッション>

経理部のトップとして以下の業務をお願いいたします。

(部長職レベルでの採用を想定)

・正確な財務報告とサプライズのない早期警告機能の提供

・Tax Compliance含む内部管理体制の整備

<職務内容>

・財務戦略の立案と実行

・資金調達(資金予測、銀行・リース会社対応)

・事業計画及び中期経営計画の作成業務、予実管理業務

・監査法人、税理士対応

・各種税務申告

・各種決算対応(月次・四半期・年次)

・固定資産はじめ各種管理

・業務改善(勘定照合整備、業務プロセス整理、システム連携など)

・リスクマネジメント(経理業務リスク軽減、事業リスク警告など)

・スタッフマネジメント(リモート勤務者管理、アウトソース先管理含む)

求めている人材


【必須条件】

・上記職務内容を含む事業会社での財務経理経験10年以上

・決算組織管理経験5年以上

【尚可条件】

・監査法人経験

・公認会計士・税理士資格(試験合格者含む)をお持ちの方歓迎

・医療機器企業での就労経験

・経理から経営企画の視野獲得を志望される方

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

勤務時間 9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

休日休暇


・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

・GW、年末年始休暇

・年次有給休暇(入社半年後に10日以上付与)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 55万円 〜 62万円

固定残業代:なし
