Job Responsibilities
MHDの営業(Account Executive)は日本市場におけるMHDブランドをより一層浸透させることをミッションとしています。このポジションはMHDブランドの新たな販売機会を開拓し、既存顧客との関係を強化することで顧客にとって最も価値あるパートナーとなることを担っています。
■主な業務内容
販売目標の達成
- ディレクターが設定したエリア、チャネル、ブランド別の年間目標を達成する。
既存主要顧客との関係強化
- 顧客との強固な官益構築と維持
- 主要顧客のニーズと要件を徹底的に理解し、顧客ごとに適切な提案を準備する。
新規顧客の獲得
- MHDブランドのアンバサダーとして新規顧客を開拓し、成長せせる。
チーム、部署、会社への貢献
- 営業スキルや既存の販促ツール、契約スキームを活用してチームにインパクトを与えるプロモーションを実施する。
他部署、他チームとの連携
- 営業、マーケティング、ロジスティクス、コマーシャル・エクセレンス、その他の部門とコミュニケーションを取って協力し、ROSを向上させる。
分析と管理
- マーケット、日々の営業活動、営業進捗状況、予算の管理および分析。

学歴
- 四大卒以上
言語
- 流暢な日本語
経験とノウハウ
- 2~3年以上の営業経験(特にルート営業)
- ワイン・スピリッツ業界への興味
- 消費財、食品、飲料、B2C業界での経験があれば尚可
スキル
- 市場調査、販売、交渉に関する知識
- MS Officeの知識、CRMソフトウェア(セールフォース等)の知識があれば尚可。
- 優れたコミュニケーション・プレゼンテーションスキルと人間関係構築能力
- 組織力、時間管理能力、ビジネス感覚
