経営企画_部長候補【MIXIグループ/全社戦略とガバナンス強化を牽引】

【仕事内容】

以下業務をお任せします。

  • 事業戦略・経営計画の策定
  • 外部環境・内部環境分析に基づく、全社・事業ごとの注力/非注力領域の明確化
  • 中期経営計画、単年度経営計画、販売戦略、増収増益シナリオの策定

  • 企業価値・利益最大化に向けた課題・KPIの抽出と設定

  • 全社業績管理・経営管理プロセスの高度化

  • 予算策定(収支・設備投資・重点KPI)および進捗管理(予実管理、着地見込精査)
  • 管理会計の高度化(例:セグメント別収益性のタイムリーな把握、人件費含む全コスト按分)

  • 経営情報のオープン化や、課題・対策を中心とした会議体へのアップデート推進

  • コーポレートガバナンス・意思決定機関の運営

  • 取締役会、経営会議などの全社主要会議体の運営・企画(議題・論点設定、改善施策フォロー)
  • 内部統制、権限規定策定、個人情報保護(コンプライアンス遵守)の推進
