安全管理/環境保全
<仕事の内容>
当社アパートの新築・修繕に関わる現場の安全衛生・環境・関係法令についての教育指導・改善策立案などをご担当いただきます。
・労働安全衛生法に関わるマニュアルの作成・情報収集・指導改善策の立案
・労働安全衛生法に関わる労働者の備品・制服の管理
・労働安全衛生法に関わる労働者の労災保険・任意保険の対応
・廃掃法に関わるマニュアルの作成・情報収集・指導改善策の立案
・廃掃法に関わる産廃委託契約の維持・管理
・自然災害による被災物件への対応
・施工体制台帳、帳簿作成のためのマニュアル作成・定期監査の運営

■想定年収:600万円~700万円
■月給 282,000円~415,000円
■残業手当:残業時間に応じて別途支給
