政府系金融機関の決済系・情報系・業務系のシステム化提案活動およびシステム開発を行うことがミッションです。
ミッションクリティカルなシステムの開発・維持保守を通じて、金融・経済の安定に貢献します。

各政府系金融機関が果たすべき特殊な業務(役割)があり、それらのシステムの開発・維持を通じて、お客様の円滑な業務遂行をサポートします。

日立製作所は主要パートナーとして、システム更改の提案、アプリ開発、システム構築、維持保守等、上流工程から下流工程まで行います。
お客様とコミュニケーションをとりながら、社内外のサービス/製品/技術(パブリッククラウド、ハードウェア、ミドルウェア、パッケージ、ソフトウェア開発)を組合わせてシステム化を行います。
政府系金融機関でのクラウドサービスを利用したサーバ基盤・運用基盤システムの構築案件において、システム設計・構築・テストを推進します。
【募集背景】
現在、日立製作所では政府系金融機関の多数のシステムを担当しており、今後、これらのシステムを順次、新システムに更改していく予定です。政府系金融機関においては、オンプレミスでのシステム構築が主流であるが、クラウドバイデフォルトの方針に従い、クラウドサービスを活用したシステム構築への変更を計画しています。これら状況もあり、クラウドサービスの構成・運用設計を担う技術者の募集を行います。
【職務概要】
システム開発案件にて、クラウドサービスを活用したサーバ基盤・運用基盤メンバ(サブリーダーやチームメンバーの立場で)として機能/非機能の設計、テスト推進に従事して頂きます。
【職務詳細】
入社後まずは職場環境に慣れていただくために、システム開発/維持保守/エンハンスにおいて、基盤設計・構築、テストのいずれかをお任せします。
その後リーダー層として業務をお任せしていきます。

【働く環境】
入社後は、都内(23区内)の当社プロジェクトルームにて、システム開発に従事していただきます。
プロジェクトは、約50名(当社社員10名、ビジネスパートナー40名)で構成されるため、他のメンバーと協力しながらプロジェクトを推進していきます。
なお、基本的には出社勤務となりますが、週1,2回程度の在宅勤務は可能です。

【必須条件】
・システムエンジニアとしてのシステム開発経験を3年以上お持ちの方
・AWS適用案件での設計・構築・テストの経験(2年以上)
【歓迎条件】
・リーダー経験、システム維持管理経験、システム化提案活動経験のいずれかをお持ちの方
・得意な技術分野をお持ちの方
・AWSの資格(ソリューションアーキテクト等)

本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外勤務手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)
※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出
※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。
