仕事内容:

【主なお仕事について】

社内の業務効率化や生産性向上に貢献する社内ITコンサルタントのお仕事です。

営業部や商品管理部など、様々な部署の業務に深く関わり、ITの視点から課題を発見し、解決策を実行していくことが主なミッションです。

■具体的には

・社内各部門との連携・ヒアリング

営業、マーケティング、品質管理、倉庫管理、経理といった社内の様々な業務部門と密に連携し、日々の業務内容や課題、ニーズを丁寧にヒアリングします。

・業務プロセスの分析と課題特定

ヒアリング結果や現状の業務フローを分析し、非効率な点や改善の余地がある箇所を特定します。

・ITを活用した改善提案

特定した課題に対し、既存システムの活用、新規ツールの導入、業務プロセスの再設計など、ITを活用した具体的な改善策を企画・提案します。

・システム導入・運用支援

提案した改善策に基づき、新たなITシステムやツールの導入、設定、運用を支援します。必要に応じて、社内ユーザーへのトレーニングやマニュアル作成も行います。

・既存システムの保守・運用

社内で利用している基幹システムや各種ITツールが安定稼働するよう、保守・運用業務を行います。

・ヘルプデスク業務

社内からのITに関する問い合わせに対応し、問題解決をサポートします。

・情報共有と標準化

成功した改善事例やノウハウを社内で共有し、業務の標準化を推進します。

・ベンダーコントロール

外部のITベンダーと連携し、システムの導入や改修を進める際の窓口となります。
