仕事内容:
既存顧客へのアップセル・クロスセルを中心としたオンライン対応のフォロー営業です。
・お客様へのアプローチ(電話・メール)
・定期的なオンライン商談(Web広告利用のヒアリング)
・要望に対する企画提案(様々な内容を織り交ぜ最善の提案を目指す)
・入稿業務のフォロー
・効果検証、振り返り、クライアントへのレポート
