NRM(収益管理)とチャネルグロースマネジメント分析業務支援(50%) ・ NRMチャネルグロースマネージャーを補佐し、ビジネスの状況を把握しながら、週次または月次ベースで実施すべきM&Eやパフォーマンスマネジメント関連の分析についての指示に従いレポートを作成 ・ ブランドカテゴリーやチャネルパフォーマンスを監視し、それぞれのAOP NSV(売り上げ)、GM(収益率)目標、価格/ミックス、市場シェアの目標達成のための最適な分析支援 ・ 適切なガバナンスとコントロールが実施され、意思決定を促すトップクラスのプロセス、データ、ツールが利用可能であることを確認 ・ 協働事業計画に関するファイルの保管と正確なデータ管理 営業部オペレーション&パフォーマンス分析支援(50%) ・ パフォーマンスエクセレンス&ケイパビリティマネージャーを補佐し、営業パフォーマンス分析・データ管理 (テンプレート作成・管理、KPIデータ管理、ミーティング開催や議事録作成)を支援 ・ 月次のセールスパフォーマンスレポート(RDP、SDP、KBデータ)の作成と市場シェアのトラッキング ・ 営業チームリーダーおよびリーダーシップチームが信頼するビジネスパートナーになるべく、最適なデータと洞察の提供支援 ・ コマーシャルプランニングの補佐 需要計画、販売予測精度、月次DMS(セルイン/セルアウト/SIT/アウトレット/チャネル)の 分析 その他 ・ カスタマーマーケティング統括部長の支援 Net Revenue Management & Channel Growth Management (50%) ・ Assist NRM & Channel Growth Manager by understanding status of business and following instructions on needed analysis to be done on weekly, monthly basis related to M&E, performance management ・ Monitor and influence brand, category and channel performance to ensure it meets respective AOP NSV target, %GM, Price/mix and market share ・ Utilize and ensure appropriate governance and controls are in place and best in class process, data and tools are available to support decision making.
・ Keeping files and accurate data controls on joint business planning Commercial Operation & Performance (50%) ・ Assist Performance excellence & capability manager by actively being involved in commercial performance & analytics framework (incl.
templates, KPIs & meeting rhythm) ・ Develop monthly sales performance reports (RDP, SDP, and KB data) and market share tracking ・ A strong and trusted business partner of sales team and valuable performance advisor to management team ・ Assist in commercial planning field Demand planning, Sales Forecast accuracy, Monthly DMS (Sell-in/Depletion/SIT/Outlet/Channel) analysis Others ・ Provide ad-hoc support for Customer Marketing Manager・ Experience/Skilled in data analytics, reporting tool development with advanced excel, power BI skill etc ・ Proven track record (or at least strong potential ) in leveraging data-driven insights ・ Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams, adept at influencing stakeholders, and fostering alignment towards shared objectives. リモートワーク可
