業務内容
支払い依頼を含む入金遅延の顧客対応(電話・メール)
請求書のエラー発生時の対応・顧客データ管理
国内外の関係者と連携し、顧客の支払い行動を促進する
顧客とのやり取りを通じて確認された関連する顧客情報やリスクの変化を通知する。
期限内に確実に回収できるよう、支払状況を把握し、プッシュする。
銀行保証の内容、金額、有効期限を管理し、会社の信用リスク露出を確保する。
応募必須条件
Excel:ピボットテーブル、vlookup/xlookup、基本的な関数の使用
3年間の 売掛金、回収、またはカスタマーサービスの役割の経験
SAPおよびSalesforce CRMでの作業経験
顧客と明確にコミュニケーションを取り、関係を築き、財務問題について話し合う能力
優れた時間管理スキル、整理整頓、信頼性、業務管理が出来ること
マルチタスクに業務管理が出来ること
エスカレーションにより幅広い関係者に必要な問題に優先順位を付けて特定できる
顧客第一の考え方、Win Win の結果を生み出す
結果とKPI主導、短期的な利益と長期的な利益のバランス
コミュニケーション能力として、分からない点がある際に質問を明確にできる、解決できる
ルーティンワークと、日々の突発的に発生した業務の双方を、柔軟に対応出来る方
勤務地
本社 東京都品川区北品川6-7-29 ガーデンシティ品川御殿山 (五反田駅・品川駅から無料のシャトルバスあり)
勤務時間
- フレックスタイム制、1日の標準労働時間 8 時 45 分~17 時 15 分(7時間45分)
- 休憩時間:12 時 00 分~12 時45分5:00~22:00 の間で勤務、コアタイムなし、毎月1日から末日までの1ヶ月間で労働時間を清算する
休日
(1) 日曜日および土曜日
(2) 法律の定める国民の祝日および休日
(3) 年末年始特別休日(12 月 30 日~翌年 1 月 3 日)
(4) 夏季休暇(原則として 7~9 月の 3 ヶ月間の月曜日から金曜日までの 5 日間)
