このポジションでは、データ分析を通じた営業支援を行い、カテゴリーおよび得意先(ドラックストアを中心としたキーアカウント)の成長を促進する役割を担います。販促プロモーション、店頭売場、POSM、競合分析を活用し、営業部門と協力しながら市場での成功を支援することが求められます。

Main responsibilities:
トレードマーケティング領域において、ブランド戦略・チャネル戦略の策定に参画し、得意先のビジネス成長を推進する。
- カテゴリー全体の成長を見据えた営業支援を行い、ブランドの市場競争力を強化する。
- データ分析を基に、売上向上に貢献する販促施策の立案・実行をサポートする。
- 営業部門と密接に連携し、商談活動のサポートや得意先ごとの戦略的提案を行う。
マーケティング、サプライチェーン、ファイナンス、データソリューションなどの各部門と連携し、コマーシャルプランの立案・遂行に参画する。
- 社内の各部門と協力し、営業戦略がビジネス全体の成長に貢献するよう調整を行う。
- 各部門の知見を活用し、データドリブンなアプローチで販売機会の最大化を図る。
- 営業活動において発生する課題を特定し、部門横断的に問題解決を推進する。
Commercial部門内にあっては、営業部門、レベニューマネジメントチーム、コマーシャルプランニングチームと連携し、統合的なカテゴリープランの営業現場への落とし込みプロセス、エクセキューション、および目標達成へ向けたトラッキングをリードする
About you
教育
- 大卒以上
必要な知識・経験
- B2Bの消費財、ブランドビジネスなどにおいて、営業経験3年以上、更にトレードマーケティング、ショッパーマーケティングなどで3年以上の経験があること
- 市場、カテゴリー、POSデータ分析のスキル
- S&OPプロセスなど、部門統合的なビジネスプロセスへの参加、運営経験があるとなおよい。
- 日本市場でのビジネスや商慣習に関する経験と知識を深く有すること
そのほか、下記のような経験があると有利
- カテゴリーマネジメント、ジョイントビジネスプランニングなどメーカー=小売業間の協業経験
- E-Commerceの経験(メーカーとしての営業担当、小売業での経験、B2B、B2C、D2Cなどの種別を問わず)
言語スキル
- 日本語 : Nativeもしくは同等レベルのコミュニケーションが可能
- 英語 : 英語での意思疎通やメールのやりとりが出来る方
