海外高級不動産事業の経営企画職募集

グローバルな舞台で経営企画のスキルを磨きませんか? 株式会社 ビヨンドボーダーズは、海外高級不動産事業を展開し、東証プライム上場企業のグループとして安定した経営基盤を誇ります。あなたには、経営企画部門で中期経営計画の策定・実行、予算管理体制の構築、各部署との連携による施策推進、経営判断のための情報収集・分析、事業部業務の代理執行など、幅広い業務をお任せします。

入社後は経営企画部長が上長としてサポート。社長を含む経営陣との会議や業務連携も多く、経営視点を身につけられる環境です。英語力を活かし、グローバルな交渉やレポート作成にも携われます。

年俸500万円~650万円

年俸制で500万円~650万円(14分割、賞与年2回)。インセンティブあり。経験・スキルにより優遇されます。

年俸制:500万円~650万円(14分割)

・1月・7月に各1ヶ月分を賞与として支給

・月額総支給:357,143円~464,286円(各種手当除く)

・基本給:264,218円~343,506円

・固定残業代:92,925円~120,780円(45時間分、超過分は別途支給)
